The electric push-units of the heavy execution are integrated in the ARCA modular system and are applied where a robust design is required beside high control forces. The wide range of auxiliary equipments permits universal application in all industrial sectors.

The torque of the AC motor is transfered to a trapezoidal thread bushing by means of a gear. Inside the push-unit this torque is transformed into the valve stroke. Solid axial bearings take up the high forces of the actuating spindle.

The standard execution of the actuator is equipped with two torque switches and two limit switches. In case of disturbances the motor is switched off. Manual operations are possible during the control process.

The high protection class IP 67 guarantees a long duty life.
