일반적 적용
Ball, Butterfly 또는 Rotary Plug Valves, Dampers 등의 90도 회전용(Quarter Turn Type)밸브의 자동 공압 작동 시스템의 원격제어에 적합함.

특징 및 장점

● 간결한 Rack과 Pinion형태로서 출력토크를 향상시키기 위해 전체 피스톤 면적을 최대한 활용하도록 설계됨.
● Rack으로 된 Piston은 공기 누출을 최소화하고 Dynamic Seal을 감소 시켜줌.
● Double Pistons은 Pinion 축에 걸리는 측면하중을 피하고 Bearing 손상을 최소화 함.
● Spring 도장은 epoxy로 추가적인 부식 방지하며, 각각의 색상으로 압력 등급의 수월한 식별관리를 할 수 있음.
● 외부를 ESPC로 마무리된 Hard Anodized Aluminum는 염분성 대기를 포함하는 부식환경에 매우 우수함.
● 외부 마무리 도장 선택사양 : Body, Piston과 End Cap의 비전도 니켈 도금(ENP Plating)이 가능함
● 특수 Accessory를 직접 부착할 수 있고 정확한 위치에 장착할 수 있도록 확실한 Female Output 적용.
● 하부에서 삽입된 Pinion Shaft.
● 마찰방지용 piston pads는 금속과 금속의 직접적인 접촉을 피하게 하고, 매끄러운 작동을 제공하며, Modulating 또는 On/Off 제어에 이상적임.
● 일부 규격에서는 양방향으로 조정이 가능한 Travel Stop이 내장되어 있음.
● 수명기간 동안 사용 가능하도록 공장에서 Greese주입이 완료되어 있어 별도의 주입이 필요 없음.
